Gloria Bonde lives in Hot Springs, a beautiful town in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She works from home, helping local and online customers shop for safer everyday products.
Gloria’s desire to help households find safer alternatives to ordinary everyday products is fueled by another passion: Digging in the dirt, and preparing meals from things grown naturally in healthy soil. In the garden she could breathe better and feel stronger. For 30 years she suffered from severe migraine headaches and allergies. She needed to find safer products. Years earlier her allergist told her that persons with allergies should picture a “drinking glass”. That glass can hold only so much pollen, toxins, allergens, chemicals. Spill it over with chemicals or whatever and you will have a “reaction”.
But, finding an easy, convenient, economical source for safer products can be a challenge. Almost 5 years ago, she partnered with a manufacturing company that makes safer products. The results are that after “switching” to safer, ordinary products and improving her nutrition, she has not had a headache in over 4 1/2 years. She no longer thinks of herself as a person with health challenges.
After seeing such great results, Gloria decided to help friends and family. She has a customer base of over 400 happy, healthier customers. So a safer way of shopping also became a home-based business.
Gloria is a certified member of the County Extension Master Gardeners. She volunteers answering gardening questions and takes part in garden education programs. Her work history includes 9 years as a medical assistant, 16 years as a Senior Director and Trainer with a direct sales company. She is married to Ted. The garden structures, trellises and arbors are his creations.

Gloria,
Well done! You are a very talented writer as well as a gardener!
Gloria,
This is a wonderful blog.
I use your same products – specifically for laundry, household cleaning, skin care, and vitamins, and I am 100% happy with my experience: I have sensitive skin & I am allergic to many household cleaning items. Since I switched products, it seems that those issues have disappeared.
What a nice blog you have! I am glad to have found it. You sound a lot like me with allergies, migraines, etc. as well as Master Gardening. I have been making my own lotions, balms, butters, etc from all natural ingredients, and have switched out a lot of foods, which all make me a healthier, happier person. My gardens are waterwise and chemical free! Kathy
Gloria,
I love your pergolas/trellises ! Do you ever share plans on how to build them? I’d love to build one with my husband…
Hey Gloria,
Thanks for visiting my website. I just finished up putting my March info up on it today. Hopefully, spring is nearing in on you and your husband in South Dakota! Here in Texas we have been getting lots of rain. We should have a beautiful spring as all the wildflowers will go crazy! I can’t wait to see them in full bloom.
Do you have a different website for your healthy recommendations?
Gary
